The successful candidate will report to the Leisure Club Manager, the team manages the leisure centres in both the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa and the Killarney Towers Hotel. The successful candidate must have the NPLQ or the RLSS qualification or equivalent; however, for full-time positions, the company would be happy to support the right candidate in obtaining this qualification. The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring, cleaning, and protecting the pool and surrounding areas.As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will work closely with the Leisure Club Manager to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the leisure facilities. Your responsibilities will include supervising the pool area, maintaining high safety standards, assisting and engaging with members and guests, responding to emergencies when required, and ensuring that the leisure facilities remain clean, tidy and welcoming at all times. You will support the Manager in maintaining operational standards, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all health and safety procedures are followed.
