We’re looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our remote team. You’ll work with prospective clients, understand their needs, explain insurance options, and guide them through the sales process from the first conversation to the close.

What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll:

• Connect with prospective clients through outbound phone and video calls.

• Start meaningful conversations and build trust with potential customers.

• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and priorities.

• Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

• Recommend solutions based on customer needs.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

• Follow up with prospects and keep opportunities moving forward.

• Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.

• Maintain an organized pipeline and keep customer information up to date in the CRM.

• Work with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

• Continue learning about insurance products and industry developments.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: 50,000–200,000

This is a commission-based opportunity, with earnings tied to individual sales performance.
