Position Summary

This role offers the opportunity to deliver strategic insights and security solutions that help clients navigate an evolving threat landscape while strengthening their SAP security posture.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant - SAP Application Security & GRC, you will be responsible for:

• Driving continuous improvement through regular engagement with clients and internal teams on service delivery and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
  
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Application Security and SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Access Control.
  
• Managing incidents, service requests, and change tickets using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
  
• Performing root cause analysis and problem management for recurring incidents.
  
• Escalating risks, SLA breaches, and recurring issues to leadership teams.
  
• Leading support operations, including ticket triage, queue management, service quality monitoring, and governance reporting.
  
• Monitoring and reporting incident, request, and SLA metrics.
  
• Supporting proposal development and contributing to team management and practice-level training initiatives.
  

Team Overview

As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will be responsible for delivering SAP security support, assessments, and governance services. The role involves:

• End-user SAP security support.
  
• SAP access control administration and monitoring.
  
• Automated controls monitoring and compliance management.
  
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
  
• SAP security assessments and optimization initiatives.
  

Location

Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings

24x7 rotational support environment, including:

• Night shifts
  
• Weekend coverage
  
• Holiday support
  
• On-call support, based on project requirements
  

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control (10.x/12.x), and SAP S/4HANA within Application Managed Services (AMS) or support environments.
  
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC security assessments, design, implementation, and support.
  
• Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management aligned with ITIL best practices.
  
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira.
  
• Experience providing recommendations and support for SAP security role design and governance.
  
• Strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, remediation, and periodic user access reviews.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
