Leadership & Business Growth Strategist

V2F Life Design connects curious minds and out-of-the-box thinkers with education that challenges perspectives, expands potential and develops confident leaders. We are seeking experienced corporate professionals ready to apply their leadership, communication and relationship-building skills in a different professional setting.

This remote, contract-based role may suit professionals from management, operations, consulting, business development or team leadership who are exploring a new direction beyond a traditional corporate structure.

You will conduct introductory conversations with prospective participants, explore their professional backgrounds and goals, share information about established leadership education programs and next steps, and maintain thoughtful follow-up. You will organize your activities, keep accurate records and participate in ongoing training and mentorship.

The focus is on quality conversations, sound judgment and professional relationships. Structured onboarding, established systems and ongoing mentorship are provided.

This is an independent contractor role with performance-based compensation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Experience in recruitment, client relations, coaching, consulting, education, business development, banking or another people-focused field
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent active-listening and interpersonal skills
  
• Confidence conducting one-to-one screening and information conversations
  
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and assess professional alignment
  
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  
• Professional and respectful approach when communicating with candidates
  
• Strong organization and time-management skills
  
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently
  
• Comfortable using digital communication and online business systems
  
• Willingness to learn and follow an established recruitment and screening process
  
• Comfortable working within a contract-based, performance-driven structure
