Require a Human Resource Assistant in Nairobi, Kenya

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
  
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees
  
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
  
• Coordinate training sessions and staff development initiatives
  
• Provide support in performance management processes
  
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution
  
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
  
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in HR and administrative support
  
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (added advantage)
