What You'll Do:

✈️ Engage with warm inbound leads provided by the client—no cold calling or lead generation required

🤝 Build trust and rapport with affluent, senior, and high-net-worth travellers

🔍 Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations

🌍 Present curated travel options, itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions

💬 Address objections and guide clients toward informed booking decisions

📞 Manage multi-week sales cycles with consistent follow-ups and proactive communication

🎯 Convert assigned leads into successful bookings while achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets

📝 Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, and document client interactions

🤝 Coordinate with tour operators to finalize bookings and ensure a smooth client handoff

What We're Looking For:

✅ At least 2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles; experience in hospitality, real estate, financial services, or high-ticket consultative sales is an advantage

✅ Strong spoken and written English communication skills; a clear, neutral accent is preferred

✅ Experience communicating confidently with high-net-worth individuals or mature clientele

✅ Proven ability to manage multi-touch, multi-week sales cycles and follow up consistently

✅ Strong listening, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills

✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in using CRM systems

✅ Professional, calm, and confident demeanor when dealing with clients

✅ University degree preferred; minimum 2 years of college

✅ Willingness to work full-time in an office-based BGC, night-shift setup aligned with Canada time zones
