Required PGT English Teacher in reputed CBSE School at Kashipur

Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - English

Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/International school

Salary Range: INR 40,000 to INR 55,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance) with accommodation and food

Job Type: Full-Time

Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging English lessons for senior secondary classes (Class 11 and 12) aligned with the CBSE curriculum guidelines.

Student Engagement & Skill Building: Foster strong reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills among students through interactive discussions, literature analysis, and creative writing exercises.

Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and board-level examinations; provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.

Board Exam Preparation: Guide senior students effectively through board exam patterns, marking schemes, and previous years' papers to ensure high academic standards.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect.

Parent-Teacher Collaboration: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress, behavioral growth, and areas needing improvement during PTMs and scheduled meets.

Co-curricular Involvement: Actively participate in school events, literary clubs, debates, declamations, and other school-wide activities.

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in English (M.A. English) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience teaching PGT English in a well-established CBSE or recognized board school.

Communication Skills: Exceptional command of the English language with crystal-clear verbal and written communication.

Pedagogical Approach: Tech-savvy and updated with modern, activity-based, and student-centric teaching methodologies.
