# Cloud Engineer – Telco Cloud Operations

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Extendable based on project requirements)

## Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer with 4+ years of experience to support and manage Telco Cloud Data Center operations.

The role requires hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and automation, with a focus on service reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring stable, scalable, and secure cloud environments while contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following technologies. Experience with Nokia Private Cloud platforms is mandatory.

Nokia Private Cloud – CBIS, NCS, and NCP (Mandatory)
OpenStack
OpenShift
Kubernetes
KVM
Proxmox

### Networking

Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of Telco Cloud networking concepts will be an added advantage.

## Key Responsibilities

### Cloud Operations & Support

Manage and support Telco Cloud infrastructure operations across data centers.
Ensure system availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Perform system monitoring, alert handling, and issue resolution.
Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud and virtualization platforms.
Support patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of cloud environments.
Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning.
Support automation of operational tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Work with Nokia AirFrame, HPE, and Dell server hardware architecture.
