Overall Job Responsibilities

Membership acquisition (Lifestyle and/or Mass Gaming)
Encoding patron information in the database system
Execution of promotions and events
Handling transactions and customer concerns

SRC Loyalty Program

Register patrons for the Solaire Rewards Program through walk-ins, online registration, casino floor acquisition, referrals, and marketing drives.
Verify applicant eligibility according to PAGCOR rules and regulations.
Update patron information in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
Assist with membership security updates and facial verification.
Process account registrations and partner program enrollments.
Handle card replacements and account upgrades.
Execute membership card transactions according to departmental policies.
Audit application forms and membership documents.
Scan and maintain valid IDs and other membership records.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
Handle customer concerns and inquiries regarding the rewards program.
Assist with MySolaire and Solaire Online inquiries and transactions.

Access Control for Exclusive Areas

Ensure access of high-value patrons to exclusive areas.
Manage Solaire Rewards counters and assist patrons with inquiries and transactions.
Provide high standards of customer service.
Build rapport with patrons and maintain a positive attitude.
Provide information about dining, retail, and property facilities.
Follow Solaire Resort and Casino policies and procedures.

Casino Events and Promotional Activities

Assist with kiosk transactions, membership inquiries, offer redemptions, and draw activations.
Support registration for casino events and tournaments.
Issue vouchers, gift certificates, and promotional entitlements.
Execute promotions and encourage member participation.
Host raffle draws and events.
Gather member feedback and recommend improvements to programs, promotions, service standards, and facilities.
