Discover the World is an innovative global sales representation company passionate about sales, travel and our people. We bring leading travel brands to market through impactful local strategies and a culture where everyone can thrive.
We’re hiring a Market Sales Leader to drive market growth, lead a high‑performing team and strengthen key partner relationships. You’ll be accountable for delivering revenue, building a strong sales execution culture and developing growth plans that meet both client expectations and Discover’s market goals.
In this role, you’ll lead the team with clarity and energy — setting expectations, coaching performance, creating accountability and inspiring delivery. You’ll own senior‑level relationships with priority clients and trade partners, ensuring plans are executed in the field, performance is measured and actions are adjusted to secure results.
You’ll use data‑led planning to allocate resources, improve sales execution and identify new opportunities. You’ll build capability through coaching, shadowing and feedback, creating a winning team that embodies the Discover mindset — growth‑oriented, collaborative and commercially driven.
You’ll also represent Discover locally through PR, trade engagement and industry events, building brand awareness and becoming recognised as the local Discover sales leader.
