Retail Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to support our retail marketing and promotional activities. This position works directly with customers while representing products and services in an engaging, professional environment.

The Retail Associate will assist with customer interactions, product presentations, promotional initiatives, and daily retail activities. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers while working as part of an energetic team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, marketing, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment.
Professional and customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate product and service information clearly.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active environment.
