Requirements

German Facharzt, UK CCT/CCST, American Board, or equivalent Tier-1 Western qualification in Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery.

A minimum of 8 years of post-licensure experience leading high-acuity surgical teams and complex operative caseloads.

Native or fluent English communication; demonstrated capacity for strategic clinical leadership and interdisciplinary mentoring.
