Reverse Logistics & Inventory Specialist

Returns Processing: Receive, inspect, and log customer and vendor returns accurately into the inventory management system.

Repair Management: Triage returned goods, categorize items requiring repair, and coordinate with technical service teams to track stock movement.

Scrap & Salvage Control: Identify, sort, and log obsolete stock for proper scrap disposal and environmental compliance.

Stock Audits: Perform regular physical counts and reconciliations of return, repair, and scrap inventory bins.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear logs of return trends, salvage rates, and scrap disposition reports.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory control, return processing (RMA), or repair stock management.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory control systems (ERP/WMS) and basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
