Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced IT specialist with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to lead complex, large-scale organizational transformation projects. This role is distinct from standard HR administration or minor configuration tasks; it demands a professional with a robust technical background capable of managing enterprise-level change initiatives similar to those executed by major global firms. The ideal candidate must hold an active certification in Employee Central and possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience driving significant system evolution. This position is critical for ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of our HR technology infrastructure within a dynamic, work-from-office environment across Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive, project-led change strategies for the SuccessFactors Employee Central module within large-scale enterprise environments.
  
• Lead complex system migrations and major configuration overhauls, moving beyond basic administrative updates to drive structural improvements.
  
• Serve as the technical authority on Employee Central, ensuring all implementations adhere to strict IT standards and organizational scalability requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR technology solutions with broader business objectives and operational workflows.
  
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.
  
• Provide strategic guidance on system architecture and best practices to support organizational growth and process efficiency.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, specifically focusing on major project-led transformations.
  
• Mandatory active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact IT projects within large organizations (e.g., top-tier consulting firms or multinational corporations).
  
• Deep technical proficiency in system configuration, data modeling, and integration, distinct from general HR administrative duties.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise change management principles and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  
• Availability to work on-site at designated locations (Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad) with a General shift schedule.
  
• Compensation expectation aligned with the range of 20 to 24 LPA.
