WE ARE HIRING | Diamond & Polki Grader

We are hiring an experienced Diamond & Polki Grader to assess, grade and inspect diamonds and Polki jewellery/stones based on quality, authenticity and industry grading parameters.

Location: Jaipur City Office & Jaipur – Sitapura Office
Experience: 4–9 Years
Budget: As per Industry Standards
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Work Mode: On-site

? Key Responsibilities

Grade diamonds based on the 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity & Carat Weight
Inspect inclusions, blemishes, symmetry, proportions and overall quality
Evaluate Polki diamonds/stones for colour, clarity, shape, size and appearance
Identify natural, treated and synthetic/lab-grown stones
Inspect jewellery and stones for quality, consistency and defects
Measure and record stone specifications accurately
Maintain grading reports, inspection records and quality documentation
Coordinate with production, manufacturing, purchase and quality teams
Ensure grading meets company quality standards and customer requirements
Support quality control and final inspection of finished jewellery

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Diamond Grading & Identification
Good understanding of Polki Diamonds & Traditional Polki Jewellery
Knowledge of diamond shapes, cuts, colours, clarity grades and treatments
Excellent observation and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of jewellery terminology
Basic computer knowledge for grading records
Good communication and coordination skills
