Key Responsibilities
- Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care, including assessment, care plan development, execution, and evaluation.
- Providing patients with excellent, caring nursing care, making sure that their mental, emotional, and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
- Collaborating with other medical specialists, such as doctors, therapists, and support personnel, to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
- Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.
Requirements
- Nursing Qualifications (Essential)
- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)
- Prior experience caring for the elderly
