Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior S/4HANA Security Subject Matter Expert to lead and safeguard our enterprise's critical SAP infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks within the S/4HANA ecosystem. Your expertise will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive business data while facilitating seamless compliance with global governance standards. This position is essential for driving our digital transformation initiatives securely, bridging the gap between complex technical security requirements and strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce comprehensive security policies and controls specifically tailored for SAP S/4HANA environments, including role-based access management and segregation of duties.
  
• Conduct in-depth security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and internal governance frameworks.
  
• Manage and optimize the implementation of identity and access management solutions, including Saviynt and IDM, to streamline user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure API integrations, OData services (V2/V4), and SAP BTP applications, ensuring end-to-end data protection.
  
• Develop and maintain detailed audit logs and reporting mechanisms to track system access, configuration changes, and security incidents.
  
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori security configurations and ensure that mobile and web interfaces adhere to strict security protocols.
  
• Lead initiatives to enhance Security, Compliance, and Risk (GRC) capabilities, focusing on SoD conflict detection and remediation strategies.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and SAP security patches, proactively updating systems to mitigate potential risks.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP security architecture and administration, with a deep specialization in S/4HANA.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) tools, specifically Saviynt or similar IDM platforms.
  
• Strong technical command over SAP GRC, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and risk management frameworks.
  
• Extensive experience securing SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and API-based integrations, including knowledge of OData V2/V4 protocols.
  
• Proven track record in implementing and managing audit logging solutions and conducting security compliance reviews.
  
• Solid understanding of SAP security concepts, including authorizations, roles, and profiles within the S/4HANA landscape.
  
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
