What’s the Role?

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to drive marketing, customer engagement, and communication initiatives. The role involves planning campaigns, generating leads, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns.
  

• Coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and drive engagement.
  

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
  

• Develop creative strategies to promote products and services.
  

• Track and analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
  

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communications.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, engagement, communications, or a related role.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  

• Creative and analytical mindset.
  

• Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
