Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Liaising with Cost Controller and Suppliers to request Credit notes Analysing Accruals and Prepayments and monitoring the receipt of General invoices Ad hoc reporting that is requested by the Financial Controller.   Job Requirements Proven work experience in a similar position in an accounting office or proven work experience in a similar position Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Knowledge of Shireburn accounting software will be considered an asset    To Apply: Be part of Malta’s most respected hospitality brand and contribute to an environment where quality and teamwork come first. Click the "Apply for this Job" button and submit your CV.
