This is very much a hands-on leadership role.
You’ll be working alongside your team while also making sure jobs run efficiently, standards are maintained and clients receive the level of service they expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
You might already be running a garden maintenance crew, or you could be an experienced gardener who has naturally become the person others turn to and is ready to officially step into leadership.
Either way, you’ll need strong practical garden maintenance skills and the confidence to take responsibility for both people and outcomes.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
If you enjoy being on the tools but are ready for more responsibility, this gives you the opportunity to lead without becoming stuck behind a desk.
You’ll have your own crew, quality equipment, a company vehicle and the support of an established business behind you.
And, if you want to continue progressing beyond Team Leader, there are opportunities to develop further within the business over time.
If you’re looking for a leadership role where quality work, good people and a strong team culture still matter, we’d like to hear from you.
