Role Overview

As an Experienced Life Insurance Closer, you will be instrumental in guiding pre-qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process. You will engage with clients via phone and video calls, providing expert advice, demonstrating the value of our financial products, and ultimately closing policies. This is a licensed insurance sales role and requires an active Life Insurance license. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on building trust and rapport remotely, effectively managing a sales pipeline from beginning to end, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales appointments with pre-qualified leads via phone and video conferencing.
• Articulate product benefits and solutions clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to individual client needs.
• Masterfully handle objections and provide compelling reasons for clients to move forward with a policy.
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and a high conversion rate.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful closers can expect to earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually, with unlimited upside based on performance. Your success directly translates to your income, making this an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life Insurance license.
