Part-Time Evening Cleaner – Richmond

We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a High Street Bank in Richmond.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a regular one-hour evening shift, Monday to Friday. The position would be ideal for someone living or already working locally who is looking for additional part-time hours.

Working Hours

• Monday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  
• Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  
• Wednesday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  
• Thursday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  
• Friday: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
  
• Weekends: No work
  
• Total: 5 hours per week
  

Pay

£15.00 per hour

Requirements

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises.

Your duties will include:

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
  
• Cleaning customer-facing and staff areas
  
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
  
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
  
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
  
• Replenishing washroom consumables
  
• General cleaning duties throughout the site
  
• Ensuring the premises are left clean and presentable
  

Requirements

Due to this position being based within a banking environment, successful applicants will be required to complete the necessary pre-employment screening, including:

• Basic DBS check
  
• Adverse financial check
  
• Right to Work verification
  
• Required employment history/information
  
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• Comfortable working independently
  
• Comfortable with potential key-holder responsibilities and using an alarm panel
  
• Able to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
  
• Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
  

Temp to Perm Opportunity

The position will initially be supplied through Concept Resources, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the cleaning team following a successful temporary period.
