Require a Senior Relationship Manager in Nairobi , Kenya

Manage a portfolio of corporate customers within the western region; serve as their primary point of contact and financial advisor as well as prospect and acquire new corporate customers to grow the Bank’s revenue and share of wallet for the assigned sector in line with the Bank’s strategy.

Apply experience in corporate relationship management to develop and implement account plans for new and existing portfolio within the assigned sector target market, recommend, structure and sell solutions that address the customers’ needs, with the support from the solution/product teams in order to meet assigned goals and targets.

Customer acquisition, satisfaction, growth and retention are critical to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in corporate relationship management and business development within the banking or financial services sector.
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with organizational goals.
  
• Strong skills in financial analysis, solution structuring, and consultative selling.
  
• A track record of successfully acquiring new business and growing existing client portfolios.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain high-level corporate relationships.
