Black and Grey HR is hiring a Material Lab Consultant – Marble Division for a leading building materials company. This is a customer-facing sales role focused on understanding project requirements, recommending the right natural stone solutions, and converting showroom enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with showroom visitors and understand their residential or commercial project requirements.
Advise clients on marble and natural stone options, including varieties, finishes, applications, and suitability.
Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and drive sales conversions.
Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about pricing, availability, and market trends.
Coordinate with production and operations teams on customized orders, fabrication, cutting, and delivery schedules.
Ensure marble samples, displays, and showroom presentation are maintained to a high standard.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

Experience in marble, natural stone, interior materials, or showroom sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of marble varieties, finishes, and applications is preferred.
Commercially driven with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable material solutions.
