What You'll Do:

• Engage Directly: Meet with potential customers face-to-face in their homes to introduce Ecoshield's innovative pest control solutions.
• Build Rapport: Quickly establish trust and strong connections with a diverse range of individuals.
• Present Solutions: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits and value of our services.
• Close Deals: Skillfully guide customers through the decision-making process and secure new agreements.

What You'll Need:

• Authorization to Work: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mobile Device & Data: A smartphone with a reliable cellular data plan is required.
• A valid Driver's License
• Physical Stamina: The role involves physically demanding work, requiring you to be on your feet and active throughout the day.
• Resilience: A strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude is crucial.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for building rapport and presenting effectively.

Your Earning Potential:

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based compensation structure. Reps earn anywhere from $5,000 and $50,000 monthly, directly reflecting their sales performance and dedication. This is your chance to control your income and achieve substantial financial rewards.

Travel Required:

This is a summer job. End of April-August. We work in Cherry Hill, New Jersey over the summer. Housing is covered for you! Move to a new area over the summer, learn invaluable skills, and make a TON of money.
