Bring your communication and relationship-building experience into an independent remote role within personal development and leadership education.

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking motivated professionals based in the United States who enjoy connecting with people, identifying their goals and following a structured business development process.

This role involves promoting digital personal development programs, generating enquiries and guiding prospective customers through an established information and follow-up process.

Your activities will include:

• Building connections through digital marketing and professional outreach.
• Conducting initial conversations to assess interest and suitability.
• Coordinating access to online presentations.
• Following up with prospective customers and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in ongoing training and personal development.

This is an independent, performance-based role. Earnings come from product sales. It requires active involvement, consistent follow-up and responsibility for your own results.

Requirements

• Based in the United States.
• Previous experience in client relations, sales, marketing, business development or another people-focused field.
• Confident verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organise your time and work independently.
• Comfortable using online platforms and learning digital marketing processes.
• Capacity to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Willingness to participate in training and follow a structured process.
• Comfortable with earnings based on product sales.

This role is suited to experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
