Marketing Internship

What You’ll Do

• Social Media & Content Creation: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll be the voice of the brand. Produce polished copy and materials for websites, newsletters, social channels, and partner materials
  
• Content Editing: Edit visual assets and short-form video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
  
• PR & Dissemination: Translate press releases (English and Bahasa Indonesia), identify key media outlets, and ensure our news reaches the right desks
  
• Execute direction from our Commercial team and create engaging social media that pulls attention and customers to the Santai Seaplane brand
  
• Market Research: Scout for high-profile events, luxury partnerships, and community gatherings in Jakarta and Bali where Santai Seaplane should be seen. Coordinate brand merchandise, event materials, and print features
  
• Administrative & Team Support: Assist with administrative tasks by organizing team meetings, taking notes and managing basic office communications
  
• Stakeholder Coordination: Assist in organizing external meetings and potentially join our management at local networking events
  
• Creative Input: Brainstorm “viral” but tasteful ideas to showcase the unique seaplane experience to come
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Final year student or recent graduate (Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
  
• Strong interest in luxury travel, hospitality, aviation, or experiential tourism
  
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  
• Naturally outgoing and enjoys talking to people, networking, and building relationships
  
• Willingness to learn how deals are structured and how partnerships are built from scratch
  
• Organized and detail-oriented, with high comfort level with digital tools: Google Sheets and editing software (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro)
  
• Proactive attitude - you don’t wait to be told every step
  
• Creative thinking when it comes to ideas, offers, and collaborations
  
• Calm and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  
• Sense of humor and genuine curiosity about the travel industry
  
• Based in Bali
