Job Summary :

We are looking for target-oriented Sales Executives to drive Bajaj Pay NCMC Card acquisition and issuance across Pune Metro stations. The role involves engaging commuters, promoting card benefits, generating leads for Bajaj Finance products, managing kiosk operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
  

• Basic smartphone and application-handling skills.
  

• Ability to work in a high-footfall metro environment.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire customers and issue NCMC cards.
  

• Promote Bajaj Pay services and achieve sales targets.
  

• Generate cross-selling leads for EMI Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, and Fixed Deposits.
  

• Handle kiosk operations, customer onboarding, and queries.
  

• Maintain accurate sales records and follow operational guidelines.
  
  

Preferred Experience: Field Sales, Retail Sales, Banking, BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, or Customer Acquisition.

Benefits

Monthly Salary ₹18k Inhand + Attractive Incentives

Work timings : 9am to 6pm Or 11am to 8pm

Interview timings : Friday (30/10/2026)- 10-5 pm

                                 Saturday(31/10/2026) 11-4 pm
