Client Recruitment Specialist

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Client Recruitment Specialist who is confident connecting with people, asking thoughtful questions, and determining whether there is a mutual fit for a professional development-focused business.

In this remote, contract-based role, you will connect with prospective candidates, conduct initial screening conversations, learn about their professional background and goals, and provide information about the role and next steps in the selection process.

The focus is on quality conversations rather than high-pressure recruiting. You will use an established process to communicate with candidates, assess alignment, maintain professional follow-up, and support individuals as they move through the information and selection process.

This role may suit professionals with experience in recruitment, client services, coaching, education, consulting, business development, or other people-focused roles.

Training, established systems, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Experience in recruitment, client relations, coaching, consulting, education, business development, or another people-focused field
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent active-listening and interpersonal skills
  
• Confidence conducting one-to-one screening and information conversations
  
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions and assess professional alignment
  
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  
• Professional and respectful approach when communicating with candidates
  
• Strong organization and time-management skills
  
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently
  
• Comfortable using digital communication and online business systems
  
• Willingness to learn and follow an established recruitment and screening process
