Performance Marketer Intern - MAR Group of Companies

Our client MAR Group of Companies is hiring a Performance Marketer Intern in Lahore.

Zing Pakistan is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketer Intern with 0–6 months of experience to support digital marketing activities across multiple platforms. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates who want to develop practical skills in performance marketing, social media management, digital advertising, and campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Support the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns to increase engagement, leads, and sales
• Assist with scheduling, publishing, and optimizing social media content
• Monitor campaign performance and collect basic insights using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform analytics
• Support the management of the company’s social media presence and audience engagement
• Assist with creating marketing assets, including social media posts, videos, and promotional content
• Conduct basic research on digital marketing trends, competitors, and target audiences
• Assist in monitoring online reputation, customer feedback, and brand engagement
• Stay updated with digital marketing tools, social media trends, and industry best practices
• Support the marketing team in achieving campaign and business objectives

Required Skills:

• 0–6 months of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or relevant internships
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and WooCommerce
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising concepts
• Familiarity with social media content creation and copywriting
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of video editing tools is an advantage
• Strong communication, creativity, and analytical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn digital marketing strategies and campaign optimization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree Completed in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Relevant Digital Marketing certifications or online courses will be considered an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Performance Marketing are encouraged to apply
