Open Positions • Restaurant Supervisor • Waiter / Waitress • Hostess • Food Runner • Steward -FOH • Demi Chef De Partie (Hot Kitchen) • Chef De Partie (Hot Kitchen) • Commis Chef (Hot Kitchen) • Steward - BOH Key Responsibilities Front of The House (FOH) • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain hospitality standards • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet • Follow SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards • Handle customer concerns professionally • Support team members during peak hours. Supervisor Roles • Supervise daily outlet operations • Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality • Coordinate shift activities and operational requirements • Support training and performance monitoring • Maintain operational and customer service standards BOH Roles • Prepare food items according to company recipes and SOPs • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations • Support inventory control and proper storage of ingredients • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries • Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and machinery • Work closely with FOH team to ensure smooth service operations • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards • Support opening and closing kitchen procedures • Follow health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements: Candidate must be currently available in the UAE. Must be able to join immediately. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the respective field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of customer service standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must possess a valid visit visa, cancelled visa, or transferable visa status (if applicable). Basic proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the UAE/GCC region. Must be willing to work at any assigned company location. Ability to handle work pressure and meet operational requirements. Immediate availability for interviews and assessments.
