Product & Merchandising Executive

Job Description:

Product Development:

Support and manage the development of Company's products from concept to launch, including product research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications, quality checks and production timelines

Product Merchandising:

Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to help determine the right product assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations across retail and e-commerce

Consignment & Brand Curation:

Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement Company’s assortment. Ensure each product is commercially viable, relevant to our customers and aligned with the Company brand

Supplier & Vendor Management:

Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure product quality, costs and delivery timelines meet expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure products are launched successfully, stocked appropriately and continuously improved based on customer feedback and business performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing product development timelines
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects

Working hours:

Mon to Fri ; 8:30am to 5:30pm
