Adelphi is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to provide educational diagnostic evaluations, assessments, parent conferences, and related special education services to students within a school setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Educational Diagnostician will conduct evaluations in accordance with the New Mexico Technical Evaluation and Assessment Manual (NMTEAM), applicable state and federal regulations, and professional standards for educational diagnostic services.

Requirements
• Current New Mexico Public Education Department licensure as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Appropriate education, training, and professional preparation necessary to provide educational diagnostic services in a school environment.
• Knowledge of and ability to conduct evaluations in accordance with the New Mexico Technical Evaluation and Assessment Manual (NMTEAM) and applicable amendments.
Responsibilities
• Conduct educational diagnostic evaluations and assessments for assigned students.
• Perform educational diagnostic services in accordance with NMTEAM and all applicable amendments.
• Ensure evaluations and diagnostic services comply with applicable state and federal regulations and professional ethical requirements.
• Review available educational, family, medical, screening, and other relevant student information needed to conduct evaluations.
• Administer, score, interpret, and document appropriate educational assessments within the provider's authorized scope of practice.
• Prepare accurate and complete educational diagnostic reports and related documentation.
• Submit all completed assessment and evaluation protocols as required.
• Conduct parent interpretive conferences to communicate evaluation findings and relevant recommendations.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, special education personnel, and multidisciplinary team members regarding evaluation findings.
• Complete required federal and state documentation governing the provision of educational diagnostic services.
• Complete monthly billing and student contact forms as required.
• Coordinate evaluation sessions with designated Special Education representatives and assigned school sites.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely student evaluation records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student, family, and District information.
• Provide services only for assignments properly authorized through the designated Special Education Department.
• Maintain required licensure, credentials, and professional standards throughout the assignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned
