Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning and communication.
  
•  Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, Quick Commerce and offline
  

channels.

•  Lead product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand activations.
  
•  Develop creative briefs and coordinate with Design, Content, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and R&D teams.
  
•  Drive social media, influencer and content marketing initiatives.
  
•  Support performance marketing with campaign messaging, creative concepts and communication.
  
•  Manage brand communication across Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket and other platforms.
  
•  Track consumer insights, competitor activity, campaign performance and market trends.
  
•  Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
  
• Prepare brand performance reports and marketing dashboards.
  

Requirements

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  
•  3–6 years of relevant Brand/FMCG/D2C experience.
  
• Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing and consumer behaviour.
  
•  Experience in campaign planning, product launches and content marketing.
  
• Strong communication, project management and analytical skills.
  
•  Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
