  • BIM Strategy & Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, templates, and workflows aligned with ISO 19650 and client requirements.
  • CDE Management: Oversee the setup, administration, and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise) to ensure seamless data sharing and version control.
  • Model Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead multidisciplinary clash detection sessions, manage coordination reports, and collaborate with engineering leads to resolve spatial conflicts prior to construction.
  • Quality Control & Auditing: Conduct regular model audits to ensure compliance with LOD (Level of Development) specifications, naming conventions, and project data requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related coordination with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and site teams.
