Business Development Manager (3 vacancies)

Job Description: •Drive client acquisition and portfolio growth by onboarding high-value clients and expanding the insurance portfolio. •Achieve and exceed sales targets through selling, cross-selling, and upselling general insurance products. •Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and customer satisfaction. •Conduct market research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and sales reporting.

Qualifications: •Male, Arabic speaking or Asian nationals, below 38 years old are preferred. •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the general insurance industry. •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client portfolio management experience and target achievement.
