• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  
• Consistently achieve defined sales targets related to revenue, new business expansion, and client retention rates.
  
• Specialize in selling high-value and retainer-based service models that require deep client relationships.
  
• Cultivate and maintain a robust network, with a specific focus on the Zimbabwe and SADC regions.
  
• Leverage industry knowledge in tourism, hospitality, technology, or professional services to engage global clients effectively.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years selling B2B services (consulting, digital marketing, tech, cybersecurity, training, agency).
  
• Proven sales targets: revenue, client growth, retention.
  
• Full sales cycle
  
• Strong experience in high-value / retainer services where trust and long-term value matter.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related (added advantage).
  
• Certifications: Consultative / Solution Selling, SPIN, Challenger Sale (advantage).
  
• Tourism, hospitality, tech or professional services experience (Global).
