Accounting & Reconciliation
Manage day-to-day accounting, including bank, vendor, and customer entries
Handle sales and purchase accounting across all vendors, website, and marketplaces
Perform payment gateway, marketplace, and COD reconciliations
Process and track refunds and returns
MIS & Business Finance
Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and management MIS reports
Track SKU-wise and channel-wise sales performance
Monitor gross margins, contribution margins, and key variances
Good understanding of Inventory Management and Working Capital management is a must
Compliance & Controls
Support GST and TDS compliance
Assist with month-end closing and audits
Maintain finance controls and schedules
Identify and drive process improvements and automation using Excel, ERP, and other tools

Requirements

–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a D2C, e-commerce, or apparel business
Strong hands-on experience with reconciliations (payment gateway, marketplace, COD)
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in Excel; exposure to ERP systems is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
