Global Talent Square (A 2COMS Group Company) is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team as Field Recruiters.

? Location:Jharkhand
? Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
? Preferred: Male Candidates (Must own a two-wheeler)

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and mobilize candidates for various hiring requirements.
Visit client locations, dealer networks, and business partners to support recruitment activities.
Build strong relationships with ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Skill Development Centers, NGOs, and Training Institutes for candidate sourcing.
Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
Generate candidate references through local networks and community outreach.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, document collection, and onboarding activities.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
1–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Field Hiring, or Talent Acquisition.
Candidates with Gulf recruitment experience will be preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
