We’ve been in business since 2014 and are continuing to grow with one major goal in mind: build the largest personal lines insurance agency in the country.

You do not need insurance experience to join our team. We’re looking for people who are motivated, coachable, comfortable building relationships, and willing to put in the work to create something for themselves long term.

What You Can Earn

First-year Account Executives can expect to earn between $55,000 and $110,000+ depending on performance.

Our average Account Executive earns just over $110,000 annually, with our top performers earning $300,000+.

Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions, bonuses and additional performance incentives. Your earning potential grows as your production and book of business grow.

What You'll Be Doing

A major part of our business comes from building relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals who regularly have clients in need of insurance.

You’ll learn how to develop and grow your own network of referral partners while also managing the insurance opportunities that come from those relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building relationships with mortgage and real estate professionals
• Networking and marketing yourself within the local community
• Developing long-term referral partnerships
• Following up with prospects and referral partners
• Quoting and presenting insurance options to clients
• Managing opportunities from initial referral through closing
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Using our CRM to stay organized and consistently follow up
• Working alongside our internal teams to provide a great client experience

This is not a position where you sit around waiting for leads. We will give you the training, tools, marketing support and infrastructure to succeed, but you need to be willing to build relationships and create opportunities.
