Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to manage product development, order coordination, production follow-up, and timely delivery. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.- Handle product development from sampling to final production.- Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders, and production documents.- Follow up on samples, approvals, materials, and production schedules.- Monitor production progress and ensure timely order completion.- Coordinate with quality control teams to maintain product standards.- Track inventory, raw materials, and accessories as required.- Communicate buyer requirements clearly to the production team.- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve production or order-related issues.- Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, costs, and shipments.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.- Prepare regular status reports for management and clients.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field.- 1–4 years of relevant merchandising experience.- Good knowledge of product development and production processes.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
