Ben's Beauty is looking for a motivated Sales Closer to join our retail team. In this role, you'll work with customers who have already expressed interest, learn about what they're looking for, recommend the right products, and guide them through the purchasing process.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers who have expressed interest in Ben's Beauty products.

• Build rapport and understand each customer's needs and preferences.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits clearly.

• Recommend products based on customer needs and budget.

• Answer questions and address concerns throughout the sales process.

• Use consultative selling techniques to create a positive buying experience.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently ask for the sale.

• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.

• Follow up with customers when appropriate.

• Work with team members to provide a consistent and positive customer experience.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced sales professional who is confident communicating with customers and comfortable taking ownership of the closing process.

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a closing or full-cycle sales role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build rapport quickly and establish customer trust.

• Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.

• Confidence handling customer questions and objections.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Expected compensation is $19–$29 per hour, including base pay and commission, depending on individual performance and experience. Actual earnings may vary based on sales results.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Mobile device required.

• Previous sales experience required.

• Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
