Giannotti & Associates LLC is looking for a motivated and personable Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team.

This is an in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and developing sales skills. You'll work with prospective clients throughout the sales process—from the initial conversation and needs assessment to recommending insurance solutions and completing the application process.

Previous insurance sales experience is not required. We're looking for candidates who are motivated to learn, communicate professionally, and grow with our team.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients by phone and video

• Learn about each client's needs, goals, and priorities

• Explain insurance products and available options in a clear and easy-to-understand way

• Recommend solutions based on individual client needs

• Manage prospects throughout the sales process from initial contact through closing

• Follow up with clients and maintain consistent communication

• Build professional, long-term relationships with clients

• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions

• Maintain accurate sales and client records

• Work with internal team members to support a smooth client experience

• Continue learning about insurance products, regulations, and sales best practices

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation

• Mobile phone

• Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance licenses

• Ability to work in an office environment

Compensation

Expected annual earnings are approximately $85,000–$100,000, based on individual performance.

This is a performance-based sales opportunity, and actual earnings may vary depending on sales results.

Training & Support

You don't need to be an insurance expert when you start. You'll receive training and support to help you learn the products, understand the sales process, improve your communication skills, and work toward obtaining the required insurance licenses.
