  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to engage, negotiate, and influence stakeholders from operational managers to C-level executives.
  • Solid understanding of the restaurant technology, order management, or food delivery ecosystem (including familiarity with POS integrations, APIs, and third-party delivery channels).
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer usage data and metrics to guide account strategy and commercial discussions.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mentality, paired with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical and operational concepts into clear business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.

Requirements

  • Growth and Retention Ownership: Drive net revenue retention (NRR) by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, reducing churn risk, and ensuring continuous value realization for our largest accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact, building and maintaining robust relationships from store-level operations up to C-suite executive leadership.
  • Quota Accountability: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and retention targets by uncovering expansion avenues within existing accounts and strategically positioning Deliverect’s product suite.
  • Product Adoption and Advocacy: Ensure enterprise partners leverage Deliverect’s complete feature set to optimize their omni-channel and digital ordering strategies; deliver structured guidance, best practices, and actionable recommendations.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer order volume, platform usage data, and industry trends to identify operational risks and strategic commercial opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for customer needs and streamline product delivery.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex operational or technical roadblocks with speed and creativity, ensuring lasting customer loyalty and sustained business performance.
  • Autonomy: High degree of independence in formulating account development plans, prioritizing client touch points, and structuring expansion proposals.
  • Escalations: Collaborate with Growth leadership, Product management, and Legal for custom contractual terms, significant SLA adjustments, or complex feature requests.

Benefits
