With Layton Sports Cards in the Altamonte Springs/Orlando market, you've seen what happens when sports card breaking grows beyond somebody ripping boxes from a spare bedroom.

That's exactly why we're recruiting here.

Mount Olympus Rips is growing its live breaking operation in Plymouth, Minnesota, and we're looking for people who already understand the hobby, live commerce and what makes a break entertaining.

We're offering $50/hour + tips for the right talent.

The catch? You have to come to Minnesota.

This is not remote and cannot become remote after training.

Our breakers work directly with physical inventory. Cases arrive at our operation, breaks are prepared on-site, cards are ripped live from our studio and the hits immediately flow to the team responsible for sorting, protecting, organizing and shipping every customer's cards.

The entire system works because everyone is together.

We're Looking for the Person Who Knows:

• PYT vs. random team without Googling it
  

• Why release day matters
  

• Which rookies and prospects collectors are chasing
  

• The difference between a nice parallel and a legitimate monster
  

• Kaboom, Downtown, Color Blast, Gold Vinyl, Superfractor and RPA
  

• PSA, SGC, CGC and BGS
  

• How to keep a live room entertained even between the huge hits
  

Maybe you're already breaking.

Maybe you work around the hobby and know you could host.

Maybe you've built your own stream and discovered that the hardest part isn't ripping cards. It's buying product, managing inventory, sorting, customer service, fulfillment and shipping.

We have a team for that.

We want you focused on becoming an outstanding host.
