Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive – Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, drive qualified leads, and improve campaign performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
  
• Monitor campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
  
• Manage ad copy, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and negative keywords.
  
• Drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
  
• Track campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  
• Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  
• Support landing-page optimization and UTM tracking.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
  
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.
  
• Experience in campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance reporting.
  
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong communication skills.
  
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.
