IT Project Manager

Salary Range: S$8,000-$8,400

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational support of the API Gateway platform to maintain optimal system availability, reliability and performance in a cloud-hosted environment.
• Supervise external maintenance vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of technical support, maintenance activities and contractual service commitments.
• Facilitate incident investigation, problem resolution and root cause analysis for system disruptions, API integration failures and performance-related issues.
• Evaluate system monitoring reports, application logs and operational alerts to detect potential technical issues and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate scheduled system maintenance, software upgrades, security updates and configuration enhancements while minimising disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure specialists, cybersecurity personnel and external service providers to address technical dependencies and integration challenges.
• Administer operational processes, including incident tracking, change management, service requests and escalation procedures, in accordance with established IT service management practices.
• Facilitate security compliance activities, vulnerability remediation, system audits and disaster recovery exercises to safeguard platform operations and meet relevant ICT requirements.
• Assess vendor performance, maintenance deliverables and service-level agreements (SLAs), while identifying opportunities to strengthen service quality and operational efficiency.
• Produce operational performance reports, maintain technical documentation and recommend continuous improvements to enhance system resilience, support processes and overall service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations or enterprise systems support, with exposure to vendor or outsourced maintenance management.
• Good knowledge of enterprise applications, API Gateway platforms, cloud environments, networking and system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in incident, problem and change management, system maintenance and SLA monitoring.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage vendors effectively.
