Automotive and Fleet Technicians are needed to join a growing maintenance and repair team in Portland, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles and commercial equipment, ranging from light-duty vehicles to heavy-duty applications.
This is a hands-on position suited for an experienced technician who can work independently, diagnose issues effectively, and complete quality repairs. You do not need to be a master technician or have experience with every type of equipment we service; however, this is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have enough practical, hands-on experience to contribute quickly and confidently.
Compensation & Schedule:
$31.00 - $40.00/hour based on experience and qualifications

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience as an automotive, fleet, diesel, or commercial vehicle technician, with strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
- Independently diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on brakes, steering, engines, transmissions, clutches, wheel bearings, and other vehicle systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues and related vehicle systems.
- Complete work orders and maintain clear, accurate service documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all required safety and PPE procedures.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Communicate professionally with team members and management.
- Work effectively as part of a team while being comfortable working independently.
