Position Title: Operations Manager - Protective Coatings and Concrete Repair Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 28K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction. Job Description: Review the SOW, estimations, drawings, specifications, and BOQ and define project objectives and requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, target budgets, QAQC documents, histograms, manpower allocation, etc. Implement, schedule, and perform regular inspections of equipment and tools and maintain tracking records. Act as a technical and operational point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Facilitate issue resolution, change management, and technical clarifications. Forecast and obtain work/access permits from appropriate authorities through the project’s coordinator.
