Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry and Control Assistants I to join our Risk Data Keying team in Iloilo. In this role, you will be responsible for entering traffic accident information into a designated data entry system while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client-specific instructions.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates with at least two years of college education. Successful candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks in a production-driven environment while meeting established quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode traffic accident information accurately into the designated data entry system.

• Follow established keying instructions, standard procedures, and client-specific requirements.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily productivity quotas and performance targets.

• Review entered information to ensure completeness and minimize errors.

• Identify straightforward data entry issues and resolve them by following established guidelines.

• Observe data privacy, information security, and other compliance requirements.

• Maintain focus and consistency when performing repetitive tasks.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college education or a second-year college undergraduate.

• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.

• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of concentration.

• Ability to follow instructions, standard procedures, and established workflows.

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a quota-driven production environment.

• Ability to comply with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements.

• Basic English communication skills are an advantage but not required.

• Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City and accommodate flexible or rotating schedules, including weekends, based on business needs.
